ARMOR (Affirmation, Ritualization, Modulation, Observation, & Recognition) Approach: We embrace a harm-reduction philosophy while grooming healthier lifestyles with positive reinforcement and integrating the five ions (the elements of ARMOR).   

 

  1. Integrated educational approach to the addiction remission process:
    1. Family Systems, Bowen’s Theory, and Addiction in Families with Perspectives on Interpersonal and Intrapersonal Dynamics.
    2. Cognitive Functionality of Sustained Remission  
    3. Recruiting Professionals: Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologists, Addiction Counselors and/or Coaches.
    4. Cognitive Behavioral Perspectives Explained (including behavior modification pre-requisites)
    5. Understanding the Harm Reduction Approach  
    6. 12-Step Philosophy and Facilitation (literature, online resources, and self-help group meetings).
    7. SMART Recovery Philosophy and Facilitation (handbooks, tools, online resources, and self-help group meetings).

Teams  

Chief Administration Director: Doc (currently), overall responsibility is to manage interpersonal dynamics between network members (associates, affiliates, treatment providers, and clients). With a goodness-of-fit perspective, Doc oversees the development of treatment teams (inclusive of client and loved ones), encourages group affiliations, and facilitates network assimilation & acculturation.
